Returns & Refunds Are Applicable In Case Of:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect product delivered
Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images)

Returns & Refunds Are Not Applicable For:
Minor surface marks, layer lines, or color variations inherent to 3D printing
Change of mind after order confirmation
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
Approved custom design or custom print orders, except in cases of manufacturing defects
For eligible cases, we may offer a *replacement, reprint, or refund*, depending on the situation.
